You Break Through

I rarely write reviews but I felt like I needed to share my experience today especially if it will help someone like me. I came upon Geneese Dentists through my insurance provider list. I spent a lot of time looking at reviews and it looked like a great choice for me. Only one problem; I am terrified of dentists. Because of this I have put off the dentist for an embarrassing amount of time. This office was amazing. I had time before my appt to discuss my feelings with Dr. Alvarado. He took time to ease my concern and approached things very calmly and clear. He showed compassion on our very first interaction. There was no shame involved and was very encouraging about how I can and will get back on track. My X-rays were taken and I was still very nervous to the point of tears and the technician took time to distract me with questions about myself and made things light and less stressful. Finally, Dr. Alvarado came back to discuss the work I need to have done. He took the time to talk through every single step. He made sure I asked every question I needed to, and then once again explained everything I was missing. He definitely gave me all his focus and spent time with me and that allowed me to feel like he really cared about the health of not just my teeth, but my health in general. Bri then came in and went through costs and my insurance coverage very clearly. She answered my questions and was very thorough. I am extremely happy to have found this office. Just in case anyone thinks this praise is paid for by a promotion or a kickback, it is not. I genuinely am happy with my visit. Thank you so much!

10/10 everyone was so nice and the dr was SO informative HIGHLY recommended
